Not happy
I paid $65 minus some discount, making a bag I purchased a bit under $50. The item arrived with a $50 price tag attached. Basically the price is jacked up so the discount is meaningless. Customer service was polite but didnt care. Certainly legal , but I won't shop here ever again. There's too much competition to be anything but 100% satisfied.

Worst shoping online experience!!
They sent the wrong item!!! It was a Christmas present!! So I had no time for return it!! I'll never buy at this website again!

Package and Product never was delivered
Ordered some flip flops for a gift for Xmas and never received package had to reorder and get after Christmas. No discount or anything given for their error. Doesn't seem like they're much into the customer service thing. Won't be ordering from this company again. I will also be sending this experience out to about 10 million followers via social media via California.

The shipment was placed with the carrier USPS and, unfortunately, after a day of movement, did not appear to be making progress in the delivery tracking system. Upon notice that your shipment was not making progress, our agents input a replacement to ship right away, at no additional cost to you. That shipment was entered with an Expedited shipping request, also at no additional cost to you, and the current status of that delivery indicates the order will be delivered on 24 December. horrible customer service
I have been a repeat customer of island surf for many years. I am giving this rating based on this transaction. I purchased a pair of Uggs and they were a size too small. I called to return them and was told they don't exchange, they only process return. I would have to return the boots and then purchase them again. Iused a 20% off coupon to buy these and 2 gift cards. They told me that the gift cards had since expired so they would not reissue them They also said that they would not honor the same coupon with the new purchase. I just find this to be really poor customer service. On top of that the lady was very belittling. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

returning merchandize
I purchased a pair of men's rainbow sandals through your company. when I got them saw they were small instead of extra large. I called the help desk and said I am not sure where the mistake was made but I received a small pair of sandals when I wanted a XL. They told me it was my fault it is what I ordered and that I would have to pay for return shipping ($8) and get a credit, then reorder. it is service like this that makes people go to Amazon Prime - free shipping and free return shipping. NEVER AGAIN

Poor customer service
I clicked the "chat" function moments after placing my order. It wasn't live so I left an email. By the time the person got back to me the next day, my order had shipped and they could let adjust it. I think this is crazy since I was only requesting a price adjustment since I forgot to enter the promo code. Terrible service.

Deceptive website, poor customer service and standard feel good reply
Your website is very deceptive and tricky about the specials, thought as a first time customer I would check the button that offered quick shipping, as I needed this item this weekend as a gift. Came up as regular shipping, must be the slow way as it will take a week to reach Atlanta from Florida. Complained to customer service, well, apparently they are just like most companies and don't seem to care or give more than one response. I would have shopped elsewhere, and will next time. No more for this store! And with the standard feel good reply, this company is not the "small, home-spun" company they pretend they still are! If you want to deal with a small, locally born company, go somewhere else.
