Islanders OutfitterReviews of islandersoutfitter.com

The original package I received was the wrong size. They quickly sent me a UPS label to return the wrong sized shoes and were very prompt in sending out the correct package.

Great prices, great promo's, fast shipment.

Great site, great prices, impeccable customer service. JANE & JENNY are incredible people on the support team for Islandsurf. I was accidentally shipped a duffel bag identical to the one that I ordered, however this particular one was in collaboration with another company resulting in it being substantially more expensive than my intended purchase. When I brought this to their attention not only was I contacted back via phone and email within five minutes of my request, but they offered to remedy the situation by issuing a full refund and even including a return shipping label OR by allowing me to keep the bag at the original purchase price while offering additional percentages off even though I already obtained this item for a complete steal via their Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals. I do a lot of online shopping and feel like I am always met with opposition when dealing with issues/returns so it was very nice to experience effortless generosity and customer care. I have already recommended this website to others and will continue to use it myself.
