Bought a commercial vehicle from this company (RB/Iron Planet). First, I want to say that we LOVE our purchased tractor truck. Second, I need to say that every individual that we have spoken to through customer service has been wonderful, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. However, we have had the absolute worst time trying to get the title. I called the listed Title Supervisor (Alexis Brooker) - left 8 messages within a 2-week time period - NEVER received any type of response. Then they posted in my account that my title was shipped by FedEx on the 25th day (the day it was due) and when checking with FedEx - a LABEL was created but there was no package information/ pick-up request. The label was created so that when they run the outcome/ data/ statistics they do not go over their promised delivery time. I was able to reach another wonderful customer service person that assisted me with the issue (3rd time having to call customer service about this issue) - and we SHOULD be receiving our title within the next few days. Fingers crossed that Alexis Brooker did not again present false information about my title. Happy with the Purchase - NOT happy with the Title department's service.
