Placed an order on Nov 6 2025, payment received and processed. Nov 7 2025 a label was created...and since that time, nothing. No product, no refund and no answers as to what or why. Just repeated emails with the nearly identical canned response and previous. Here I am on Nov 30, and still nothing.

The Phenibut I got was really good, but it took about 10 business days to show up. I had to send several emails to get updates.
