**Update on my experience with Iron Mountain Labz** I want to provide a sincere update to my previous review/post regarding Iron Mountain Labz. My original frustration was real, and it came from a difficult ordering experience involving delayed tracking updates, confusion around shipment status, and a product that I later learned was temporarily out of stock. At that time, I felt misled and disappointed, and I shared that experience honestly. Since then, I have had direct communication with the Iron Mountain Labz team, and I want to be just as fair in sharing what happened next. The company took my concerns seriously, communicated with me, and worked to make the situation right. I received my package, and the packaging and care put into the shipment were excellent. Everything arrived in great condition, and the follow-through from their team matched what they told me they would do. I especially want to acknowledge that the team always remained respectful, responsive, and professional in working through the issue with me. They went beyond what I expected, and I appreciate that. I still believe customers and researchers should ask clear questions up front with any company, including whether products are currently in stock, when packages are expected to be handed off to the carrier, and what “pre-shipment” means when tracking does not update. That is simply good practice when ordering research products online. However, based on how Iron Mountain Labz handled my concerns after the issue was raised, I believe it is fair to say that they made a genuine effort to correct the situation and earn back trust. I can say that in my case, Iron Mountain Labz listened, followed through, and treated me well. Because of that, I am updating my original position. I appreciate the way they handled the matter, and I would encourage others to consider Iron Mountain Labz as a potential resource for their research while also doing their own due diligence, asking good questions, and ordering responsibly.

Purchased a product. Tested negative for the item I purchased. I reached out professionally to request a refund or the option to send the order I paid $200. I received an email back requesting the order photos and photos of the vials. I immediately replied with the items they were requesting. I then received a reply asking for the shipping order again, to which I replied to again with the shipping order info. GHOSTED….. They are just thieves selling fake products…find an overseas company before you attempt these guys. You’ll have way better luck. Oh, and they stopped spamming me the minute I threw a flag. All communication has ceased. Caveat emptor.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered multiple items one item came completely crystallized, I heated it up trying to get the product to go normal form. It did not and continued to crystallize. I reached out the company with no responses, I went to leave a negative review where they controlled and stopped the review from being posted and asked how they can fix the issue, I’ve sent photos and 20 emails and was told it’s being escalated to top priority to resolve 2 months of back and fourth and they are asking for more photos! And proof of purchase which I have supplied 3 times! JOKE of a company! You should never order from them.

Terrible. Placed a $119 order 3 weeks, still have not received it or the tracking number, which I asked for 3 times.

SCAM ALERT!! THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY. STOLE $275 OF CRYPTO FROM ME. SENT A FEW EMAILS AT FIRST TO STRING ME ALONG, THEN STOPPED ANSWERING. PURE RAWZ RECOMMEND THEM FOR A PRODUCT THEY DID NOT CARRY. DO NOT TRUST THEM EITHER. THIEVES!! SCAMMERS!!

The Ligandrol was legit! My only complaint is the tracking updates were sporadic. Not a big deal just a bit No retailer even comes close to IML’s product quality and pricing. However, customer assistance is quite slow. Overall, fantastic experience.
