Item which was urgently needed was shipped to wrong city. No offer to expedite shipping for a replacement was made. Supposedly a refund is coming, which has not happened nor is it what was really needed to resolve the problem.

Very difficult to do a return. I called the phone number they provide and no one answers. No call backs when messages are left. No other way to do a simple return.
