Item which was urgently needed was shipped to wrong city. No offer to expedite shipping for a replacement was made. Supposedly a refund is coming, which has not happened nor is it what was really needed to resolve the problem.

I’m just grateful I can order stuff without orders from the doctor for my daughter.

The product was already in use by my mother for a long time. I decided to get the same for myself. Its convenient to use, love the grainy moist heat, and it lasts long.

Came across this company months ago when searching for medical supplies. They had what I wanted, in the brand I was searching for, and at a cost substantially lower than what I was paying previously. Shipments arrive on time; great customer service.
