Great and helpful support, very quick shipping, necklace as expected! Just one little thing: the little box containing the necklace got crushed during the transport to Switzerland, probably a more stable packaging would have helped.

I purchased the sterling silver Tree of Life earrings and they are just beautiful! They are exactly what I was looking for. The service from The Irish Shop is excellent! I wanted to obtain a specific model of Rovada watch for an anniversary gift for my husband; I was having a difficult time trying to find it in the US. David at the Irish Shop was very accommodating and it was clear from my interaction with him that good customer service was of utmost importance to him and The Irish Shop. David not only located the watch but was able to get it shipped to me in a timely manner -- it arrived at my home as we were eating breakfast on our anniversary date! Kudos to David and The Irish Shop for their courteous customer service! (PS - my husband loves the watch!)
