When I brought it to their attention, David in customer service worked to get a replacement made, and I received it in two weeks. The plaque is beautiful and is piece of quality work. My experience with The Irish Shop was excellent. There was a glitch on my order and David quickly responded and my problem was solved. The product is excellent quality but the customer service was exceptional. I have never had such a positive experience with a company especially when there is a problem.
