The parts were delivered in time and in good visual condition. However the battery on the watch I purchase had already fail and had to be replaced before using the gift.

Hi Timothy, we are sorry to hear that battery seems to have been faulty when received. This was new stock and in working order when it left us here in Dublin, we have not had any problems with any other stock from this batch, so it would seem that it was just a faulty battery. We will raise this issue with the watchmaker. In the meantime if you would like to contact us http://www.irishshop.com/contact-us.html we will be happy to arrange a refund for the cost of the battery.
