I made a mistake upon ordering a ring. I ordered a size 7 rather than a size 11. I contacted customer service in a panic and they emailed me right back and fixed it for me! I had free shipping due to the price of the item I ordered, and I thought it would take ages to get from Ireland to here, in the US, but it only took a week! The wrapping was elegant and the post-card Irish blessing that they added to the shipment now hangs in my office. I will definitely order from them again!
