I saw the Irish Penny Watch on another Web site. They wanted to charge me over $10 in shipping costs. And since the watch (at the time) was out of stock I ha no idea when it would be available. Irish Shop.com had it in stock & free shipping. When I emailed them regarding delivery time, they responded almost immediately & I received my item earlier than expected! I would definitely order from Irish Shop.com again.

Truly exceptional service. Thank you for making a positive impact in customer service that is true to the meaning of the term.
