I purchased a watch for my wife to give to her at Christmas. I was worried about the time it took to get here so I emailed the shop. David responded within 24 hours and assured me it would be here in time. Lo and behold a few days later it was here. I am sure my wife will enjoy it at Christmas. The costumer service I received at Irish Shop was great. They were running an order on free delivery for an item of $99. I wanted an item that was $95 and another that was $35 but the website was not given me the free shipping deal. When I e-mailed an employee at the Irish Shop, they provided me with a promo code to use on this particular deal in order to give me the free shipping deal. It was all done very professionally and in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

I received my order in good time. It was nicely packaged. I am so pleased with the bracelet. The enamel work is very nice and the chain is of good quality. I bought it as a gift for my daughter and I am sure she will love it!
