He kept me up to date on the progress and was open and honest with me when the initial ring created by the jeweler didn't meet the high standards of the Irish Shop. He aggressively pursued completing a second ring and got it shipped out to us over night at no extra expense in order to get the ring to us before my Son's birthday. The ring is of the highest quality and I know by my Son's expression that he will be keeping it for a life time. We are already considering future orders.
