iRESTOREReviews of irestorelaser.com

The products are well regarded, despite the high price for this category. Hi quality website provides ease of use. Staff is responsive, packed and shipped within a day or two and provided an emailed status for each step of the process. I received my ship tracking number right away and saw that package was submitted to carrier rather quickly. The products received are very well packed with excellent instructions, appear to be made well, and plenty of user support is available if needed.

After sales service is very poor and non existent

Haven't received it yet, so I can't really comment at this point.

Quality seems good . On my head it is a bit loose but fits my husband head perfectly . It doesn’t come far enough down the back to get all of your hairline which is disappointing. Have t had it long enough to see if it helps or not but we both are using it and will be documenting each month

I have NOT received my product yet. I guess the ORDERING was ok - you took the order.... I really don't like to give feedback until the purchase is completed.

item has yet to ship out despite having a tracking number, no response from customer service

You pay 2000 dollars you expect faster delivery and not USPS.

I have bought other red light therapy products and these guys were first class and very supportive. I hope the product is as good as I'm hoping it will be.
