More than 10 business days, not shipped
It has been over 10 business days since I placed my order and it still hasn’t even shipped. They’re saying it’s a delay due to high demand, but they should’ve either been prepared for it or disclosed the shipping delay at checkout.

Your return policy is not well
Your return policy is not well Communicated. I bought a bundle of face amd neck and now realize I can only return one. Very disappointing for such a huge price point. I will be telling all my friends and family about it. At this point I want my whole money back

POOR SHIPPING SERVICE
Despite your generous estimated shipping dates given when I placed my order, I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED the product that I ordered. I made my order on Nov. 18th and as of now, Dec. 12th, I still have not received it. I learn now that the product won't arrive until Dec. 17th at the earliest. That is NOT what I signed up for. It took you one day to collect my money for the order. POOR SHIPPING SERVICE !!!

item was purchased Dec 4 email received that item was shipped Dec 9. Spoke to someone online they said it was still being processed. after one week of waiting still not sent out when email stated it was sent
