I paid extra for shipping & I thought…
I paid extra for shipping & I thought it would arrive days sooner. Also the outside package was damaged by UPS but the product was in good condition.

Ordered the product a week ago and it is still not here yet. I could’ve ordered similar competitor product from Amazon and would’ve received it within 2 days. For a premium product, shipping time is very slow.

I still have not received the product
