I haven't been using it long enough to make a comment. No hair is growing as yet.

Excellent Customer Service

Brilliant device, Exceptional Customer Service!
I thought my IRestore helmet was never delivered. Turns out it was accidentally delivered to my neighbor. Long story short he brought it to my house today, after his vacation. Subsequently, I had reamed IRestore staff without cause. After many apologies, and they were absolutely brilliant through my rants, I am ready to humbly start my new program with an amazing device. The packaging, instructions and device are all first class, as is their customer service. Thank you for your grace, iRestore staff!

The delivery is a disaster! Package lost no one getting back to me
The delivery is a disaster!! I instructed DHL to leave the package in my secure box but they didn’t !! Now no one knows what happened to a 2,000 USD package. Every time I ask for an update they say it is under investigation!!! This is not a way it is supposed to be.
