A BIT SCARY
A BIT SCARY. PRODUCTS COULD BE DESCRIBED BETTER. FOR INSTANCE I DID NOT SEE A "FITS SIZE BIG HEAD OR FITS SIZE CHILD HEAD", SO A BIT SCARY AS TO THE PRODUCT I WILL RECEIVE. ALSO NO DATE OF DELIVERY. MOST PRODUCTS GIVE AN ESTIMATE OR WILL BE SHIPPED WITH IN ? WEEKS OR DAYS, NOT JUST A "CATCH YOU LATER".

Easy with help from customer service
I tried to order on line but my internet service was not very good so I called and spoke with Czar. He answered my questions and even did my order for me then emailed it so I could complete it. Great customer service.

Take the leap
Take the leap! It’s scary to notice/experience such a change in your hair and once you start a routine to do something about it you’ll already feel so much better. Then with time and hopefully some good results it will have done its job. I’m still new one month in. But yall I feel like this is a real good thing!

Ordered the High End Helmut
Ordering was easy from my end but they seemed confused, sending me an email asking if I was "still considering" purchasing one. It arrived packed very nicely with extras. It is straight forward and easy to use. Just 12 min per day and it has a timer with auto shut off. It states in the packaging that results can be anticipated in approximately 6 months. I'll check back in then.
