I still haven't received my shipment and I have been asked for a copy of my passport because my name is Usama. I paid 120 pounds roughly and I have barely heard anything about my 2 products that are still yet to come. I will never use Irada Arts again.

Great customer services, fast, accurate and precise

I had purchased metal artwork and extra large size duas for the masjid. Metal artwork is beautiful. Its bit hard to position on the wall but not impossible. However, the translation of one of the two Rabbanas was in question. I requested that "God-fearing" should have been with capital "G" and not lower case. There were few email exchanges. Customer service (Salaam) insisted that they are right and will send us new translation again ONLY if we pay the charges. As a usual American customer, I insisted that the mistake is theirs and why should masjid pay more. Then they stopped discussing the matter. Did not respond to several reminders in the last 6 months. A friend visiting Jordan, tried to contact them at their listed address, but there is no one present at the location. So we are stuck with defective a "art-work" in the masjid with lower case "g" for God.
