Irada ArtsReviews of iradaarts.com

I love the pieces but the delivery experience was very slow. Communication also was inefficient, tried through whattsap to no avail and later by telephone call also to no avail. Improvements in Communication would be advisable

i wrote an email concerning an issue i had with this brand, i have gotten no replies

One of the stickers didn't work at all. Too difficult to paste .

Design is nice but finish could be better. The surface is not as polished as expected and some edges still have black marks from the fabrication process and also not smooth, potentially able to get nicked or cut.

The Artworks are very beautiful, though flimsy since a couple of bridge/link pieces came off... However, much improvement can happen in communication, since it's very difficult to reach out and have any kind of interface to address any issues... I hope there is betterment in both quality and communication, particularly since the designs are really exquisite...

Too small for the price. I also thought I ordered gold so I am going to have to spray paint it but the quality is good.

Salam, I love the decal and the canvas art is nice but quite pricey. Shipment took almost 2 months to receive but the item was well packed when delivered. Nevertheless Irada must improve their customer service so that the customers’ queries were not left unattended. Jazakallahu khair

Hi, item of good quality, but expensive and size was small, not as expected..
