IqfaresReviews of iqfares.com

Without hesitation, I would recommend this company to anyone I know needing reservations. Emma was awesome. I give her 5 stars, as well as, her employer. I screwed up the return date on a round-trip ticket, and she took it in stride, correcting my reservation quickly.

The process was great but it took longer than expected over the phone.

Wendell was very helpful with booking my tickets. I will definitely use your site in the future!

My experience using IQfare has been awesome. I was lucky to speak with Sunny the first time I contacted IQFare and now I won't deal with any other agency. They are trustworthy and very professional.

Excellent service. Roy was great and was able to find a really good fare for me. My only suggestion is that to be sure that you provide the customer with the confirmation number for the airline in addition to the IQFare confirmation number--other than that little glitch I would give them a 5-star rating!

I loved being able to speak to a live person! Ezra was wonderful!

They gave me GREAT deal in the very last minute! Awesome customer service. Thanks to Sean Anderson

I got a good deal from this company at the last minute. The experience was not very convenient as I had to type all the info in a chat box. However, after going back and forth with the rep a few types about the spelling of our names, he still got them wrong. He even said not to worry about it and that it's been fixed. When we received our etickets my name was still misspelled and I had to call the customer service number to get it corrected. I still haven't received my updated eticket and will need to call again tomorrow. This is unacceptable as this is an international flight and we need to fly this week.
