U all are no help in a trouble situation I asked for help after I’ve buy a ticket I have a emergency no help at all

I got a good deal from this company at the last minute. The experience was not very convenient as I had to type all the info in a chat box. However, after going back and forth with the rep a few types about the spelling of our names, he still got them wrong. He even said not to worry about it and that it's been fixed. When we received our etickets my name was still misspelled and I had to call the customer service number to get it corrected. I still haven't received my updated eticket and will need to call again tomorrow. This is unacceptable as this is an international flight and we need to fly this week.

I booked a flight with agent Wendell Harper, with IQFARES from Chicago to Las Vegas August 21,. when I got to the airport to aboard my flight on the 24th, The service attendant advised that my flight was cancelled, TWO DAYS AGO which was a day after I paid. I made my payment to IQ FARES for $536.80 for me and my husband and we never got on our plane. We tried to contact them could not get a hold of anyone to assist with our flight issue. Confirmation numbers was fake, the airline advised us it was booked but also cancelled. Which means that we were frauded. This company stole my money and did not provide me the service I paid for. I do not recommend this website this was a horrible experience. I had to repurchase my flight ticket after I paid this company to deliver me a service I didn't get. Now I'm hoping that my bank is able to get my money back. Do not use this site..
