Worked with Alex- great customer service and the best/ least expensive airfare. He was incredibly patient; as I was assisting my 83 year old father who lives 1,000 miles away and in a different time zone. I will return to Alex for all my future flights. Thanks!

I dealt with Emma. She was absolutely extraordinary. I am not sure how your company came up, on one of my searches. Actually, the chatting was how I made my decision. I asked many questions. Emma was informative but not pushy, able to come up with a reasonable price for our flight. I wanted something under $500. I was not finding anything online and was frustrated about that. She broke down the taxes and flight price. I did not make my decision until the next day. She left her email and phone. I called her and asked her about the legitimacy of her company. She answered the question and I purchased the tickets. She was able to change the departure to a later time, fr 5:30am to later. I can not say enough about your employee, Emma. Give her a raise! Her chatting ability was what made the sale.

Everything was great! The only complaint i have is that the person that was helping us over the phone had a severe accent. She was nice but it was very hard to understand what she was saying.

Spoke to Wendell and he was really helpful and patient. He explained everything to me and found me a really good deal. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends. Thank you very much.

Susan Smith was excellent and I think she should get a raise!

I could not be Happier with the quality of service Haizel has provided for me!! I am beyond grateful for all her help.. patience.. and professionalism! I was ready to give up and then she came along!! I didn’t think it was possible to find flights for my entire family that could both accommodate us all and fit our budget.. but Haizel did exactly that! Can’t wait to work with you again Haizel.. Really wish I could give her more than 5 Stars!

Even was very patient and thorough to work with. He was able to get a good price for my group. I will trust Qfares with my travel agenda in the future.
