I was a little apprehensive about using this company, especially when it came time to disclose my card information and the Rep Bella advised she would need to call me back after processing everything. However, Bella provided wonderful customer service, even staying beyond her shift to assist me. Although a little difficult to understand at times, she was very professional. I have saved her contact info-both phone/extension & email :) so I will definitely be using this company again in the future.
