Ipswitch WS FTP software is powerful yet simple to use. I have used it for over 12 years now and wouldn't trade it for anything. If you maintain a web site on your computer and want to periodically upload your updates, then WS FTP software is for you. You can also use it to download the complete web site to a new computer when it comes time to buy a new one. It takes a few minutes to set it up properly the first time. After that, it is so simple to use that you don't need a manual. But you also get useful tips every time you start the software.

I paid for a software product and never received the software download or activation key. This outfit is like pulling teeth, every time I have to deal with them it gives me a head and stomach ache. This time out I just let them steal my money because no attempt to contact them works. If you want an honest software company go somewhere else

Have been using WSFTP for over 15 years. Very satisfied customer.

Very helpful.

Great customer service.

I have to log into 5 different FTP sites once a week and I only have two chances to log in properly before I get locked out. Ipswitch takes away all the stress of putting in the passwords as they are saved. I also thing the interface is very easy to set up and it works quickly.

Software udate was very user friendly.

Easy to use...... great.
