I would have given you guys 5 stars. There seems to be a bug where the "Menu" item is docked outside the program. When I try to move it into the program to dock it in the program, it makes the program crash.

I did have initial trouble that had me concerned but evidently I was not inputting the correct information. Once I got past that everything has been very good.

I would love to review this but I can't use it! Even after paying, when I try to open it, I am told that my trial version has expired and it won't let me in to enter my code. No response from the company to my email.

Hi JF. I am sorry to hear of your frustration. This sounds like you simply need to activate the software with the serial number that was provided to you at the time of purchase. To activate use the Manage WS_FTP 12 License tool from the Windows Start menu, Ipswitch WS_FTP 12 program group. -Jason
