It’s very difficult to communicate with people at this company and resolve issues. The forms to complete for the task are lengthy even for a small task, then they come back and ask you further questions that seem pointless as you’ve completed everything in full already. They try not to pay you, even to reimburse your costs incurred as part of a task. Suggest trying a more reputable company instead.

No pagan nunca, ni por una misera encuesta en otro portal, encima las encuestas ni ellos mismos las entienden. No entiendo quien llevará esta empresa, pero no tienen ni idea de elaborar una encuesta, ni mucho menos de intentar captar a futuros clientes. Es de lo peor que he visto en mi vida, yo empresa que colabora con estos, empresa que boicoeteo automáticamente, no vuelvo a comprar en ninguna de las empresas que aparecen en sus encuestas. Ojalá todos hiciesemos lo mismo, para que prueben su propia medicina.

Participated in a study with the promise of a £20 voucher at the end of it. Got the voucher through on time no problem. I tried to redeem a week later to find it had already been used, contacted both IPSOS and Love2Shop but surprise surprise nothing they can do as no one seems to deal with it. Waste of time.

In data 14/02/22 ho richiesto in pagamento PAYPAL dopo 2 mesi mai arrivato, contattata IPSOS piu' volte senza nessuna risposta, inoltre non mi arrivano piu' sondaggi ! LADRI E TRUFFATORI ATTENDO CONTATTI PER FARE UNA DENUNCIA IN CLASS ACTION !

Started off OK but you soon end up spending a long time on surveys only to be screened out at the end so you earn nothing. Bit of a con really. Avoid.

I joined ipsos in March and was invited to join their on the go community where you have to fill in three sections with approx ten questions each in detail, no one or two word answers here, but long paragraphs. They stated for each section you would get a £20 amazon gift voucher and a £10 bonus if you completed all three sections and any follow up questions. They stated that you had a few weeks to complete all the answers and didn't have to do them all in one go. Then a week after I started to fill in the questions they sent an email stating that they would top this up to £30 per section and a £20 bonus as they hadn't had enough people complete this. So I did as required, filled all sections in, answered all additional moderator's questions and then it confirmed that each section was completed and they would be contacting me in two weeks time about my £110 amazon vouchers. This was 14th March 2022 and I've heard nothing. I've emailed them, signed into both the On the go community site and the Ipsos site but to no avail. It took me well over an hour to complete all these questions and now I just feel conned. They are the no 1 recommended site for survey's on money saving expert's website and now I wish I hadn't bothered. I've put this up as a warning to other's because if you are on other survey sites sometimes Ipsos survey's will try to get you to sign up to this group through them. Don't waste your time.

Alles Betrug, versprochen werden große Belohnungen aber entweder gehört man nicht zur Zielgruppe oder beantwortet hunderte von Fragen doppelt und erhält dann ganze 6 Punkte von versprochenen 80... Finger weg!!!
