Seit Tagen ruft das Team immer wieder an, mit dem wir nichts zu tun haben wollen. Haben uns schon an Tellows gewandt. Nun nahmen wir kurz an, willigten ein an einer Befragung teilzunehmen. Dann sofort die Frage nach der E-Mailadresse, worauf wir auflegen.

They even CANCEL gift cards after they have paid you! How is that not illegal!? Horrid rude unhelpful customer support - if you email them they just ban you!!! Nielsen is MUCH better (but pay less - but they actually do pay and are ethical unlike this bunch!)

I veebally agreed to the TV monitoring survey after a nice gentleman door stepped me, then googled it and the amount of negative reviews had me change my mind. They have been calling me weekly every since. Having heard they can be pushy I decided to now answer the call. I answered it today to be met with a very rude arrogant woman who wouldn't accept I didn't want to take part, she refused to take me off their system and said she will call again to see if I decided to go ahead, I assured her I will not and I want my details removed but she kept talking over me aggressively, I was being nice too. She wouldn't accept that I just didn't want to do it anymore ,that was my reason, she wouldn't accept it at all and refused to delete my details. I will be taking this further. I have read how pushy they can be but never expected it to this extent. I woukd avoid them at all costs.

Selten eine so unhöfliche Person bei einer telefonischen Umfrage erlebt! Die Umfrage selbst war sehr kurz, und beinhaltete nur ein paar Fragen. Am Ende sollte ich der Dame meine E-Mailadresse geben. Nachdem die Dame mehrmals nachgefragt hat und ich ihr erklärte, dass ich ihr meine Mailadresse nicht geben will und kann, wurde nach einem genervten "Dann eben nicht" direkt aufgelegt. Sowas habe ich bei einer Umfrage noch nie erlebt. Werde auch bestimmt an keiner Umfrage dieser Firma mehr teilnehmen.

Absolute Frechheit diese Firma!!! Finger weg!!! Beauftragen Dich mit Aufträgen, bestimmtes Produkt/Firma muss getestet werden, rufen dich einige Tage danach an, loben deine Arbeit und bieten dir weitere Aufträge an und erhöhen sogar den Auszahlungsbetrag!! UND DANN wenn es um die Auszahlung geht, hat man alles falsch gemacht, alles was zuvor gelobt wurde, somit keine Auszahlung! FINGER WEG!! Sind mit dem Kassensturz daran weitere Personen zu finden, denen es gleich geht wie uns! UNSERIÖS!! Emails und Telefonanrufe werden ignoriert, unprofessionell und eine absolute Frechheit!!!
