I worked with James Allen for a Corporate meeting of our General Managers. The idea was to create a USB drive of a classic car with our company logo. James was very accommodating emailing me examples, prices and specs for many different options. He also stayed on top of calling/emailing me to speed up the process and make the sale (which I am very familiar with in the Retail industry). We found a design, James sent me the estimate and mock up of our vehcile USB drive. The approval was made. Then a Chinese Holiday hit making it impossible to produce and ship the product in time for our meeting. I was crushed. What a bummer. James did come with a quick solution of a USB in stock with our logo on it. Lickity split he produced the USB drive and shipped 150 to me. They were a bit hit and we even had some left over for employees in our building. I plan on using James and iPromo for future events/ USB drives. Thank you!
