I learned about ipromo through a photography website I belong to. I emailed, because you cannot call, which I really don't care for, but I digress. The customer service was fabulous and extremely prompt. I order my product within a matter of a couple hours, b/c I had lots of questions so was going back and fourth. They emailed me a digital sample, which most companies make you pay for. It was spot on. I ordered and received my shipment a day earlier than predicted. They look great, however I do notice that the ink for a couple of the letters is extremely faint. So far I would recommend them and plan on using them again.

We ordered 200 1 GB USB thumb drives for students at our school that had our school's logo on them. Ordering was easy over the phone and the cost was affordable. The shipment arrived in just little over one week and was exactly what we expected. Receiving exactly what one orders, and having it arrive on time is really appreciated!

We ordered 500 logo imprinted flash drives from iPromo and are very satisfied with our order. The customer service was great, as well as, a speedy delivery!

There are many good product choices with this company, but the website needs serious updating. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and efficient, but I had to request better images of products because the product images on the website were very small, and I couldn't even zoom in. The only way to start an order is to submit a request for a quote, which asked a bunch of questions, some of which didn't even apply. Overall, I'm very happy with the final product, but the entire process would have been way easier for everyone if I could have just have started the order online and had their help in completing the details. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted and was very pleased with the product that I'll be presenting to my customers!

This was a fast quote, and the upload and turn around time was really quick. Drives look great.

I have worked with Daniel Pike at iPromo for the past three years. Daniel's attention to my orders makes me feel as though I am his only customer, though I know that he is very busy. The timelines are quicker and the prices better than any other supplier I have found, and many of my coworkers have begun ordering from him, too. iPromo was quickly added to the approved vendor list by our state agency when the quality, value, and quick turnaround times of their products and service became apparent. After submitting an inquiry online for a price quote an iPromo rep contacted me almost immediately by phone to discuss my needs. The representative was professional and courteous. He clearly explained their process and agreed to send me a price quote via email with several different product options. The email arrived within 15 minutes of our conversation. As a consumer I had also placed inquiries with several other companies who offered the same product to determine best value. They too were quick to respond but not as helpful or informative as iPromo. In addition, iPromo was interested in hearing about other estimates/quotes I had received from other companies. After communicating all competitors information to iPromo they were able to match the competitor's price AND create a better outcome by offering free shipping PLUS waive any additional fees typically charged when adding logo/website information to the product. Needless to say I was very impressed with the product (received ahead of schedule), speedy-professional service and willingness to beat competitor's prices. Thank you iPromo!
