Alex the email guy was quick to email and remind me of a item they were selling that I was only generally moderately interested in. I pulled the trigger and am happy with my purchase. The email guy was very kind and made suggestions on my color palate on the product due to a possible clash of my ink colors. I wasn't insulted having spent 5 years at college studying graphic design, I simply agreed with his suggestions out of common professional courtesy. I received three bids for custom printed 4GB thumb drives. iPromo was running a special upgrade that I paid the price of a 1GB for a 4GB. And Daniel was so very helpful through the process of providing my custom image, letting us know that the image was fuzzy and recommending a different format. I would definitely use again, and recommend to anyone else.
