Very good communication. If you think that the automatic audit made a mistake with your website you can reach to them and they will be happy to review your site manually.
Now that my sites have been verified manually IPQS is quite a good marketing tool.
Thanks Dave.

I just built my website and I just went…
I just built my website and I just went to check to see how my site checks out and it's rated low and accusations that we are phishing. Our website isn't used to market or obtain any information from anyone. The FRAUD is this site itself. Probably set up and paid for by companies that repair reputation for businesses.
Response from IPScoreOct 5, 2026
We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and would be happy to review this directly. IPQS provides automated fraud-prevention and risk-scoring tools, and a low score or phishing-related indicator is not intended as an accusation that you personally are engaged in phishing or fraud.
For newly created websites, certain automated signals can sometimes be affected by domain age, hosting/DNS configuration, redirects, SSL or content setup, reputation history associated with shared infrastructure, or similarities to patterns commonly seen across risky websites. In those cases, a manual review may help determine whether the rating should be updated.
Please email our review team directly at [email protected] with your domain, the report or result you are seeing, and any relevant context about the site. Our team can investigate the specific signals involved and work with you to address any potential false positive.
We understand how concerning this can be for a new website owner, and we appreciate the opportunity to review it.

Falsely marks my website as a scam
Falsely marks my website as a scam. Filed a request for manual check - nothing. I didn't get any replies or any communication whatsoever. My site is freshly launched and this false classification pinned on my site is hurting my business. They literally ruin people's honest business and do nothing to justify their mistakes even when requested to.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand why this would be frustrating, especially for a newly launched website. A risk indicator from IPQS is not intended as an accusation that you personally, or your business, are operating a scam.
IPQS provides automated fraud-prevention, threat intelligence, and risk-scoring tools. For newly launched websites, risk signals can sometimes be affected by limited domain reputation history, domain age, hosting or shared infrastructure reputation, DNS/SSL configuration, redirects, website content patterns, or similarities to technical patterns commonly associated with phishing, malware, or abuse. These signals can occasionally require manual review.
We’re also sorry to hear that you submitted a manual review request and did not receive a response. We cannot identify the domain or support request from this review, but we would like to escalate it. Please email [email protected] with your domain, the report or result you are seeing, the email address used for the original request, and the approximate date you submitted it.
Our review team can investigate the specific signals involved and determine whether the classification should be updated. We appreciate the opportunity to review this directly.

Leverages data from many sources
Leverages data from many sources. API is quick to respond. We are a small fish in their big pond but they've taken care of us on a couple different occasions. Great for truly understanding which leads are trash and which ones are good. They aggregate data from multiple sources (and big name corporations); love that as a little guy we are able to leverage that aggregated data.

yes genuine review and not false…
yes genuine review and not false accusations. so, 2 years ago i found ipqs, i found that my email addresses and my senior citizens email addresses have high fraud risk score without stealing others money using emails. yes no remote desktop email to some aunty for gift card etc emails which india maharashtra people do. even check bank statement level truth that emails werent used to take some grandmas gift card money, if thats what ipqs fraud score mean?
so, even my elders emails who didn't do anything their emails were marked by ipqs as 95% high fraud risk score but not 100% confirmed fraud.
so, i want reach the source why these email addresses have high fraud risk score without stealing some grandmas gift card money by remote desktop which indians do?

mostly source is ipqs as its on their platform. so may you remove these high risk fraud score? but why is it there in first place even on senior citizen email addresses when even their email addresses werent used to steal some grandmas gift card money? if thats what fraud score meant. i need a genine reason why even senior citizens email addresses have high risk fraud score, failure to provide genuine reason or false accusations or no reply, then may your g0d or d3vil p33 inside your m0thers m3n0pause or m3nstutating qu33fing sn33zing l3aking v@gina. may it really happen to your m0ther if truecaller hides my honest review and if my email addresses and my elders email addresses have high fraud risk score without these email addresses being used to steal some grandmas gift card money.
edit: now their website shows 0 fraud risk score, etc. i have edited my review instead of writing new 5 star review so that you dont misunderstand me. if you like their services then avail them. your choice. im out of it. i was only here because of 95% fraud risk score when emails werent used to scam grandma gift cards etc like how indians do. since i saw fraud score ratings updated, review is no longer 1 star.

Email received 2 days after use: Account Out of Credits
I told Gemini that my credits were suddenly 0 a few days after using your service, ruining my New Year's holiday, and they directed me here.
It seems the number of victims like me continues to increase even now. That means you have no intention of fixing that.
Edit:
> rigorous verification methods
People have already been saying over and over again that the self-satisfied methods are flawed.

Did you check the date before replying? I switched to another decent service ages ago. Besides, it's obvious to anyone that there's no need to provide any more information.

Low quality results
I was looking for a service which would show me the reputation of an ip address (for early fraud detection). I've fed several of my own IPs into it as a test (I've owned them for 16 years), some of which don't even establish connections to the outside world. The demo flagged them all wrongly as proxy/vpn.

Became a multi-account-abuser easily
As many others have reported: you create an account and are immediately accused of having multiple accounts. Conveniently, buying a subscription seems to make the problem disappear. Where I come from, that feels a lot like a scam.
And to make things worse, you can’t even delete your account yourself. Just like in the 90s, you have to open a support ticket and hope someone eventually removes it.
Update: I got an email from support. It completely ignored my deletion request and asked instead for a call to talk about premium features..
