Leverages data from many sources. API is quick to respond. We are a small fish in their big pond but they've taken care of us on a couple different occasions. Great for truly understanding which leads are trash and which ones are good. They aggregate data from multiple sources (and big name corporations); love that as a little guy we are able to leverage that aggregated data.

Original review - resolution below. Their data is inaccurate and they refuse to fix it. If you want a trust worthy data source look elsewhere. 03/02/25 - To be more specific about my review, I am a residential ISP. IPQS have marked most of our address space as 'VPN' or 'Proxy' which is incorrect. They are asking for evidence that the IP addresses are not providing those services - but haven't told me what kind of evidence they require. They say the end customers need to contact them direct, but then they give the end customers the run-around and refuse to update their records. Their data is bad, and they have no desire/process to fix it. I've contacted them on the email address below, but I'm less than hopeful it will get resolved. 03/02/25 - Following this review their CTO reached out to me to apologise and to provide a plan for how they were going to resolve the issue. 06/02/25 - All the data pertaining to my business appears to be corrected. 12/02/25 - On the whole once they started looking at the issue rather than fobbing me and my customers off, the data issue got resolved fairly quickly. It did take writing this review to get any traction however. I do also have some doubts about the accuracy of their data on the whole. I've spot checked a few other addresses that I use on a personal level unrelated to my place of employment, and they are also incorrect. I've pointed them in the right direction to get this data also fixed, so time will tell if that actually happens.

Hi Dave — We appreciate your feedback and your patience throughout this process. Our data review team adjusted the IP ranges you submitted last year, provided they had authoritative ownership records from ARIN that matched your ISP. However, the remaining IP ranges were not updated due to missing authoritative ownership records at ARIN. Since those ranges were still listed under a high-risk network provider, we were unable to modify their classifications at the time. We truly appreciate your support in verifying the additional ranges, which have now been updated to reflect your ISP correctly. Please know that we always strive to provide the most accurate data, but fraudsters continually attempt to bypass our risk scoring checks. Because of this, we take a cautious approach when updating ISP ownership records. If there’s anything else we can assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to quickly resolve any issues.
