Great customer service today. My order arrived on time and upon opening my package I discovered i received an incorrect item. I contacted customer service live chat and they were able to clear this up and placed another order for the correct product. Took less than 5 minutes to get this taken care. Great customer service!!! Outstanding customer service! I have never experienced this level of customer support from a company. They responded to my questions extremely quickly and took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. Even when I had several questions and needed clarification, they never made me feel like I was bothering them. They were professional, helpful, and genuinely took the time to make sure I understood.
