I’ve received my order. And I thought the bottom was empty. Contacted customer service live chat. And they assure me that it’s not empty that it comes in powder form and I needed to add Bacwater. I was not aware that it came in powder form. The representative on live chat was quick to respond and it assured me my order was correct.
