I have ordered twice now from Ion. Their packaging is great and their ship time is almost faster than Amazon! Quality products at fair prices. I had one issue with my recent order and their customer service team was able to resolve it the same day. Cannot say enough good things about them

I have been using ionpeptide company for 4 months now. I switched over from another company and have had nothing but great experiences with them. The customer service is amazing, they are always so quick to respond, and you always review your orders on time or sooner! Definitely worth going with them!

Very satisfied with the products ordered, shipping was very quick and came nicely packaged. Items were as described and all items include COAs which is appreciated. Customer service is very quick to reply to any questions on products and navigating the website is easy to do. I recommend them to all my fellow researchers!!

Great ordering experience! I have made a number of orders recently and found that the site was extremely easy to navigate. All discount codes worked perfectly, and was amazed at how quickly the order was packaged. I was notified in less than an hour that my order was ready to be shipped out. I just recently placed a new order, and realized I forgot an item after I checked out. I contacted them through chat and had the issue resolved, they even made sure the second order was combined so it would be shipped out together, as well as being credited for the shipping fees, so I wouldn't be charged a second time. Great communication all around. Will definitely continue to order though them again.
