I used a card solely to make a purchase at this establishment. Two days after I received my order, fraud was committed: my data was stolen from their insecure website, and attempts were made to process multiple charges from a transportation company. They were unsuccessful, however, as I reported the incident to my bank; after conducting an investigation, it became evident exactly where my data had been stolen. And my review is genuine I actually have the products and report fraud with my bank Unfortunately, I can't upload photos here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! This company is brand new and I ordered off of their website two items. I seen the total which was correct when I checked out. When I looked at my confirmation email, it showed six items. Three of each of the two items. I immediately reached out to them and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I’ve never heard of a company that does not protect their customer. They could have done something if they wanted to. And it was their website that glitched which was not my fault. But it’s cool. They lost some damn good business.

Product quality! I switched from a different company to ion for my research. Their glp3 is not legit! Will have to order from previous company. Tried to save some money and now I gotta spend even more! Their customer support just argued and offered a store credit. Why would I want to order from you again if your product is not quality??

order was "lost in transit" and they refused to send me a replacement until I waited another week. I emailed them 9 days after my order should have been delivered and they told me I needed to wait another day or two.
