Every time I login to the website, my antivirus pops up that says the site is insecure. Not sure what's going on, but it's getting frustrating to say the least!

Can never sign in. I tried to register several times their birthday. That you have to put in is a date calendar. And you have to hit the back button.Like fifty thousand times just to get to your age. Not to mention when you tread a sign in.It just won't even let you go into the space where the email is is just aggravating.I've tried fifty times

Lost two bottles of MOTS-c (purchased from them) within hours of reconstituting them with room temp BAC water (also purchased from them). Both bottles turned to a clear gel. Reached out to their customer service with my concern and was told I should have added a specific kind of acid to MOTS-c. That was news to me. When asked if that useful info is noted on their website, they said no. I mentioned that MOTS-c I have purchased from another company/website has had no issues staying reconstituted/in liquid form for days now…using the same BAC water that was used on ION’s MOTS-c. They didn’t offer to provide a refund of those 2 vials or send replacements. Buyer beware.

WHEN THEY HAVE A SALE, THEY GET OVERLOADED AND THERE SYSTEM IS GLITCHY. THEY DROPPED MY ORDER AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS USELESS AND REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THEY HAD TO KNOW THAT THEIR SYSTEM GOT SHUT DOWN AND THAT I WAS NOT LYING ABOUT PLACING THE ORDER. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY CLAIMED I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN AS I DIDN'T GET AN EMAIL BUT AGAIN, SINCE THEIR SYSTEM WAS OVERLOADED I DIDN'T THINK A THING ABOUT IT. IT WAS SUCH AN EASY FIX. BUT SUCH A USELESS DUMB CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON.

I ordered from ion in April and may then my card was hacked for almost $3500.00 not worth the trouble I only used it to order there. Not worth all the trouble of canceling card getting new one I will order from else where

Bought 3 vials of Reta. They didn’t work. 20 units the first second and third day. Felt nothing…. Same dose from simple pep would have hospitalized me. Idk wtf they are selling.

warning to the people wanting to order from ION - you will get hit with over $1000 of Fees that are supposedly "Refundable". I paid each fee and as soon as I do they ask for another fee. This seems to be one big SCAM - order at your own risk!!!!!

I purchased from your website, and the card I used for that purchase was later used for a $3,000 transfer through another website. I only use this card with your site and Walmart, so I have no doubt where the issue may have occurred. Please be aware of this situation. While the product was good, it is unfortunate because I was planning to make more purchases. I will use a different vendor next time.
