I reached out to customer service after forgetting to add something to my order. I placed my order at about 1am and by the time I woke in the morning, my order was packing, shipped, with a FedEx tracking number. After reaching out about my forgotten items, since there is a minimum order for free shipping, they offered to add a credit to cover the shipping cost of a 2nd order. Beyond satisfied
