I recently had a small pricing discrepancy with an order from Ion Peptides. The discount shown in my cart did not match the final amount at checkout, and there ended up being about a $60 difference. I sent customer service screenshots showing both amounts on a Saturday, fully expecting that I probably wouldn’t hear back until the next business day. To my surprise, I received a response within about an hour. They explained what had happened, corrected the issue, and added the $60 credit to my account without any hassle. It was a simple discrepancy and really not a big deal, but the way they handled it was impressive. Excellent communication, extremely fast response time, and phenomenal customer service. It’s always nice when a company makes fixing a problem easy instead of turning it into a whole production. Very impressed with how they handled it.

Somehow my order was placed twice, one was cancelled and the other was placed but it didn't incuded a discount code I was using. They were able to cancel the order I was charged for and issued me a store credit immediately. Great overall experience!

I was having difficulty paying with my ACH, I tried several times and it just would not attach to my bank. I sent a chat to ION and they responded within seconds explaining everything was good on their end and they do not save my info. So I called the bank and there had been no attempts. I still could not pay for my order!! I sent another chat and they actually did a work around so that I could use my CC as my ACH this time until I could get it fixed, timing was important due to sale ending. This company has never let me down on any issue, that is why I will always buy from ION and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great products and amazing customer service!! Angie
