I have been trying to get a hold of customer service but they do not provide a phone number to call only an email - which you do not get a response back and a SMS/text number which they also do not respond to. It has been over 2 weeks and no one has reached out to assist me with my return. I will never purchase from this company again and am cancelling my payment.

Great product and great customer support. When my first bottle had a leak, they helped me troubleshoot and when it ultimately couldn't be fixed they sent me a second bottle that has been working great.

My first order of the ionBottles was defective and the company promptly sent me a new one. The bottle works very well and I can really feel the difference. My first purchase of a hydrogen water bottle was a cheaper option from a different company and I’m so glad that I upgraded to Ionbottles. Their customer service is fantastic. The speed of the response even on the weekend was unbelievable! The response wording was friendly and acknowledged that sometimes things happen, but they wanted to make it right. I am unbelievably impressed. I work in the retail industry and this is everything that should have happened and sadly, rarely does.

Both bottles leak ! The pro model Leaks out of the power port and the regular model Leaks around the base of the bottom .

I really like the idea, the healthy perspective of it, although there’s no way I can guarantee that there’s hydrogen in my water I trust and believe in the company putting out there the truth, when I received my bottle, it didn’t have the cap With the liquid protecting the ions, I don’t know if my bottle is properly functioning. I have no way of knowing all I can do is trust and believe that it’s doing what you say it’s supposed to do.

Truthfully I don’t believe this bottle actually does what it claims. I’ve had hydrogen water on many occasions before purchasing this and this does not have the look or the taste that I’ve gotten from using tablets or a real high quality hydrogen generator. I would love to see some proof that this actually works because I did not feel, taste, or notice a difference from drinking the water before or after running the “cycle”
