Great customer service makes all the difference. We bought a couple of bottles and have been using them the past few months. While trying to disassemble to clean one of the bottles broke at the base. I contacted IonBottles fully prepared and hoping to be able to buy another glass portion of the bottle. After a quick email and video showing what happened they're replacing the whole bottle for cost of shipping. That's awesome. I am loyal to companies with exceptional customer service and Ion proves to be one of those companies.

After being totally happy with my first IonBottle, I ordered the larger version. After checking out, I noticed that I hadn’t updated my address after recently moving. I got in touch with the IonBottle team, and Franz immediately responded by email and rectified my mistake! Using the IonBottle I have seen very good results healing from various small cuts and abrasions which are difficult for me due to type II diabetes. I believe my overall health is better as well.
