Like every step of the way of customer service

I brought two ion bottles, two different t shapes. One keeps water cold, amazing. The other one didn’t keep the temperature Both bottles within the space of 12 months have broken at the clasp used to open the bottle. Disappointed as they are higher end bottles so did not expect this It has put me off buying another one

Bottle is verry good, and I saw impact while using it, anyways my bottle died after 2 months of using it, I sent them an explanied everything what happend, happily they sent me a new one, ❤️

The first thing I want to say is that delivery was prompt and professional. Regarding the bottle. I bought this for my brother as a present with an idea that if he found a benefit I would also purchase one for myself. I have been diagnosed with MS two years ago and I am always looking for things to help. My brother has been using it for the last near three weeks and he told me that he cannot say for certain if it is helping him feel better or not. The only benefit that he sees is that he is drinking more water, which cannot be a bad thing. However I have not purchased one as they are not a cheap investment for just a water bottle. I will ask him again in another few weeks and then make my mind up to purchase one or not. I truly hope he sees a benefit as I would love to get one and also see a benefit form my MS as from what Ionbottles say about their bottles it would be perfect as MS is a ìn inflammatory illness and reduces energy etc. So I really hope that he comes back and tells me yers go buy one.

Great customer service, I dropped and broke my water bottle 3 weeks after having it. I contacted customer service to see if it was covered under warranty and it wasn’t but they went ahead and shipped me a new bottle anyways. That is how you keep customers coming back!

I love my bottle. First one leaked, I emailed them and sent me a new one right out. That to me is more impressive than even the product itself.
