I received excellent customer service from Franz at Ion Bottles. I have been using my bottle for over a year. I accidentally broke the glass insert and once I received it and screwed it in the bottle leaked. I reached out and received a quick response with helpful suggestions. However it still leaked so Ion bottles sent me a new one. I would definitely recommend this company for their products and customer service!!

I had an issue with my Atom Ion Bottle, so I contacted Customer Care. Andreah L responded right away. With the professional help from Andreah L and Franz B, my issue has been resolved. Both Andreah and Franz made me feel like a valued customer. Plus, I love my Atom Ion Bottle.

Impressive customer service!! I purchased the pitcher a few years ago and when I have used it consistantly I notice feeling more energised. The pitcher holds a lot of water and is great for multiple people to use at home but Im a single person and it hasn't been convenient to stay consistant. The last time I went to use it, it didnt seem to be producing as much bubbles so I emailed customer service for advice. Even though its been years since I purchased the pitcher they offered to send me a replacement!! I opted to exchange it for the Pro bottle and Im excited to start using it daily!
