I worked with Mark and Alex to switch my hosting over to IonBlade earlier this week. They were prompt to answer my emails, and very friendly on the phone while talking and working thru an urgent issue in dealing with my old hosting company to move my hosting services over to IonBlade.

We are migrating two of our sites over to Ionblade because we are tired of our current provider offering slow, foreign-based technical support. Alex has been great. It's nice to be able to work with someone who is based in the United States and is competent. The process has been smooth and problem free.

Good support and shared hosting.

By far the best hosting company I have ever dealt with. My last host (one of the bigger names out there) was always unavailable for my support needs. They tried to push me to use their online ticketing system and usually wouldn't respond for a couple days. When I was able to speak with someone over the phone, it was always someone over seas who was hard to understand. Ion blade support has always answers on the first ring and it's all us based support. Aside from that they have the most reasonable pricing scale I've seen to date. Thanks Ion Blade, keep it up!
