Max is a ROCKSTAR!! Honestly, I hadn't been all that thrilled with the server change to ionblade, but Max has made a believer out of me! After weeks of unanswered questions on technical support issues, Max figured out how to solve the problem. He was committed to a solution, made multiple calls back to me with suggestions, and worked with me (a highly NON-techie person) until I had what I needed. thanks, Max!

Ionblade has been a great company to work with. You can actually call or email and someone there will answer your question quickly. I am so glad I moved all my websites there. And it is considerably less expensive too! EZ Fire Products

IonBlade is great and I am very happy I switched from BlueHost. The difference you see right away is the level of customer support. You really cant compare the two companies, with Bluehost you call in or get on chat then your on hold forever and once you talk to someone they have no idea whats going on. At IonBlade it seems like whoever you talk to can help and you are never on hold. I can't thank Max and the guys at IonBlade enough for getting my site back up and working again.
