I just got a couple of mirrors. They haven’t been put up yet but I will say they were packed well, look very nice and I love the touch option. Communication with Juliette was always in a timely manner.

We ordered two large mirrors on July 13. Latest delivery should have been Oct 2. It’s nov. 7 and still no mirrors. Called and got an answering service in the Philippines. They promised to call back on Oct 2 with an update. No callback to this day. Don’t answer the phone. They gave me the email and phone contact at their California showroom as we live in CA. Neither the phone or the email work. We are now considering whether this company is a scam as we paid in full in July and still have no information on our mirrors. Update Dec 12 - we finally received our two mirrors about 2 weeks ago. They arrived extremely well packaged and with no damage. They look nice and of good quality but we haven’t gotten an electrician here to hook them up yet. So product as expected but much longer shipping times than promised.

Mirror is beautiful. Mine had to be custom made for the dimensions. It took a little longer than the advertised time to make/deliver but I love it!!

Love the mirror. I added additional gestures and All three light settings are bright, clock and temperature work great. It took a long time to get it because they said they lost our mirror and had to remake it. However, they gave me free shipping to make up for the inconvenience.

The mirror is great! The light around the edge is bright, love it! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it took many months longer than anticipated for the delivery. Also, the hardware/screws were missing once delivered. But I was sent the correct screws about 1 month after I notified. Overall I’m very happy with the mirror!

This review might be a bit premature since the mirrors have just been installed. No issues yet with the functionality. Positive: Service team responded to questions in 24 hours. Delivery date promised was met. Reasonably priced. Negative: No user manual.

This is an update of my previous review. It took eons to receive my two mirrors, but they finally came. I actually had plenty of time to order the mirrors because we were remodeling a house, but, because the website gave me a delivery timeline, I waited so that they weren’t sitting around on the construction site. Turns out the order timeframe on the website is way off. If they had been honest upfront about how long it takes, this wouldn’t have been an issue. But now they are here, and they are beautiful. Everyone who sees them loves them. Just two things - we have to keep the bathroom door closed at night because the lights from the control buttons are super bright and cannot be dimmed. The other thing is that the clock needs updating every few weeks because it’s slow. All in all, I’d do it again because the mirrors are worth it.

I was apprehensive with the thought of ordering a custom product shipping from overseas however receiving the mirror and witnessing the high quality, I am most satisfied I made the right decision to proceed with an order. The mirror that I ordered and received is large and was very well packaged. The material and construction is good quality. Lead-time should be a consideration when ordering a custom mirror.
