Ordered 3 mirrors. 1st took 6 months to receive. 2nd came in with lighting system not working and ZERO customer service. Call center refers you to send email and ZERO RESPONSE. 3rd mirror never came. All of this over 6 months. ****update: They resolved by crediting back credit card for defective mirror and mirror lost is shipping.

For a mirror that cost close to a thousand dollars the should have came perfect. The mirror to about 12 weeks to get and when it arrived there was no manual or instructions. On top of that the bottom right coner is we’re they add the Wi-Fi part bust behind hind the glass is all smudged and streaked. There is now way of cleaning this so it always looks dirty.

Not sure how you do business when you never answer the phone or your voicemails. Extremely frustrated and probably need to cancel my order. Update: Received an order number and have been in communication via email now. They have reassured me that my mirrors are being made. They answer my emails in a timely manner, and I’m feeling more at ease. I will update this as the process continues. Hoping that I get my mirrors as promised. Update number 2: It’s been 8 weeks. Just looking for the status of my order. Asked twice in emails. Nothing yet…
