Beware! I wish I had not made this purchase. I ordered a custom sized backlit LED mirror model CALLISTO on November 27, 2025. I finally got the mirror March 16, 2026 - 3.5 months later. I realized after trying to communicate with someone at INyouths that these products are all made in China which is not clear on the website. I had the mirror installed only to find out that the backlit was defective and only worked on the bottom half of the mirror. Needless to say this ruins the whole aesthetic of the mirror/lighting. WHen I reached out to InYouths support with a video showing the defective lighting, I was told this is how this mirror is supposed to work. That only the bottom of the mirror has a backlit independant from the top front light and to get the "halo effect reflection to shine at the top" you have to also turn the front light on. Well this is not what the description of the light on the website shows or describes and if it were, I would not have purchased this mirror. InYouths didn't offer any additional support and even if they did, what am I going to do return a crate to China?! Wait another 3-4 months after that. Live and learn but also wanted to warn people about this as there are many options to buy these mirrors in the USA. Also this is my second time leaving a review as it looks like my other review has been removed. Very sketchy company.

I ordered a mirror from this website not knowing it was a Chinese company. I ordered a bathroom LED mirror on November 24, 2025 nearly 3 months now and still do not have the mirror. There is someone answering customer service emails telling me my mirror is son a barge from China now an should be delivered mid March! If you don’t care how long it takes to get your purchase the maybe go ahead and order but man I wish I would have known this and I would never have ordered from InYouth. Live and learn. Just wondering what happens when/if the mirror finally arrives and it’s broken or defective or has issues. Obviously I won’t be returning it to China!

Customer support does not respond to emails. I’ve ordered in the past and have the same issue.

This item is extremely overpriced, and once ordered unable to return. Item took extremely long to arrive, and tracking it was very difficult. Had issues with it fitting the space and was unable to return. There are alternative options for a fraction of the cost. When it arrives I expected a high quality product, it was a cheap flimsy piece of work. Probably cost them $100 to make and charging thousands of dollars. Don’t waste your money.

InYouths is a fraudulent company with a very believable products. The phone number is not valid, the Google location is not accurate, most importantly, the products purchased DID NOT ARRIVE. Paid in full, products ready in 8-10weeks and 10weeks later the order is listed as delivered 3 days after purchase. Advertising sales emails still sent appearing as a real company. Warning, they even attempt to remove poor reviews on Trustpilot.

Poor sourcing for the price of the mirror. Had the mirror for about a year and suddenly the weather clock stopped working. Emailed to figure out how to reconnect it, after trying what they said, they figure out it’s a server update on the manufacturer side in China! After trying everything they said, they now are going to replace the module. We have to take the huge mirror off and repair it ourself. The item is coming from china and is not provided with any of the materials to replace it. For how much these mirrors cost, the company has poor sourcing and customer service. Defiantly would just recommend buying a Home Depot identical mirror.

I would've actually preferred to give ZERO stars! It's been almost a year since we ordered our mirrors. First order was somehow shipped to wrong address. The they said they were broken. After many failed and delayed attempts at communication they said they would remake them. No communication or reply for agin, another 6 months. They finally replied that there was yet another 'mishap' in production and it will be shipped next week. I want to cancel order altogether and now they are unresponsive yet again! Be warned!!!!! This company is a HOT MESS!!!!!

Slow. Mirror arrived damaged despite good exterior packaging. Heavy loose parts in the shipment were free to rattle around causing cosmetic damage. Mirror does seem to function.
